1. Slipping & Falling
The singer (myself) and my group of friends may slip and fall on the street if was to rain the night before or in the moment, so we have to make sure to bring an umbrella and be sensible and know that falling can cause some serious injuries. Each person is responsible for their actions, however the person with the camera equipment has to be extra careful.
2. Change of Weather
There is always a chance that the weather may not be the way we expected it to be, so there is always the risk of having to delay shooting the music video if it's a downright pour of rain.
The way we can minimise the risk of getting the camera equipment wet, as well as our selves is to borrow a big umbrella from the office, and check the weather before going out to film.
3. Being run over
Any one of us within our group and the friends which will be contributing to the video can be ran over if they're not careful when crossing the road. One way we can minimise that risk is to wait at the traffic lights and wait for it to turn green making sure we can cross the road safely.
Everyone is responsible for their action, therefore they must take care and make sensible decisions.
4. Damaged equipment
If any malfunctions happen and we damage the equipment, that really puts a fallback into shooting our music video and making the camera unavailable for the next lot who want to use it, so in order to reduce the risk of breaking or damaging anything we must be really careful with the camera equipment and follow the clear instructions on how to use it, if anything does happen then we have to immediately call up the media department and have a discussion.
5. People not turning up
There is always a chance that someone from the group you are in, or your friends might not show up for filming because they were really sick or lazy/forgot about the shooting day. In order to minimise the risk of delaying the shoot, we must contact everyone and make sure to give them a clear time and date and location and how we are going to shoot our music video so that they don't forget.
The person responsible for contacting people is everyone from our group who is having friends contributing to the filming process.
6. Battery running out
There is always a chance that the batteries might run out, so we have to make sure to get enough from the office before we start shooting and/or ask for a charger so we can charge them over night.
The person responsible for this, is the one who is taking the equipment home and looking after it.
7. Forgetting memory cards, or not inserting them properly
Before inserting the memory cards into the camera we must always check that they are in the right order and have been inserted properly, otherwise the shooting of the music video can once again be delayed. The person responsible for this action, is the one looking after the memory cards.
8. Wrong clothing
The actress must always have the same makeup and sometimes hair due to the fact that, those are our main props. The way we can minimise that is if we shoot one location a day, that way it's okay if the hair looks somewhat different in other shots, because once again we have this idea of travelling and lights which we are definitely going to use. The person in charge for this is Duygu since she will be the one doing all of the makeup and hair preparations.
9. Lyrics & Lip Syncing
There is a chance that I could always forget the song lyrics, and panic of not knowing what I'm singing, so in order to minimise that risk we must always bring a sheet of the lyrics with us.
10. Stolen equipment
Since we are shooting at night time in some locations, there is always the fear that someone can be intimidating enough and steal our equipment. One way we can minimise that risk is if we are with a group of people and we shoot in locations which are not hidden too far away from a main site.
Also, having to travel in groups of people means more security and less chance of being robbed.
If anything does happen to our equipment, then we must call up the media department and explain our situation.
