For our initial Music Video idea, we were thinking of making something similar to Amy Winehouse's- Back to Black video.
The whole concept of our music video is travelling and using makeup as a prop. We were thinking of making a video that includes lights and various close up and medium shots in which the camera is constantly moving to match the tempo of our chosen song.
However, what we really liked about this video was her makeup in particular. We really liked the way she kept the exact same makeup look all throughout the video, and how she had her signature winged eyeliner.
Another thing we also liked about this music video was the way it was shot. The video consisted of a lot of steady mid close ups, extreme close ups, low and high angles etc, however considering our song is Pop we are definitely going to keep the camera moving at all times.

Another Music Video which heavily influenced our idea was Joel Compass- Forgive Me.
What we really liked about his video is the use of lights and constant camera movement. Considering we have an upbeat song we were definitely thinking about using some of his music video conventions and applying it to ours.
